Quoc is a former graphic designer turned calisthenics strength competitor and trainer. He is recognized for his core and static strength skills such as the front lever and human flag. His explosive power doesn’t fall too far behind when it comes to pulling power and vertical jumping either. His Expertise is in everything related to body weight strength. He is a level 2 men’s artistic gymnastics trained coach.
